Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering sales revenue targets, driving business relationships with large/medium enterprises, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and achieve sales revenue targets with a proven track record of success.
Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CEO, CMO, CTO) at large and medium-sized enterprises.
Identify, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline through solution-based selling approaches.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand client problems and deliver tailored solutions.
Strategize and execute plans to achieve growth and revenue goals in new and existing markets.
Deliver face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers.
Support strategic partnerships and alliances to drive mutual revenue opportunities.
Enable business success through relationship management, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 6–8 years in solution selling (e.g., Gift Cards Platforms, Loyalty Programs, SaaS, or IT solutions).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Skilled in creating strategic business plans and executing customer strategies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of high performance and team collaboration.
Education: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
