We are inviting you to answer Few questions. Please note the following below:
You should respond to all questions in English. (or HINGLISH)
Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each. Text answer should consist of a few sentences only.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. But remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you will respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you will have one more interview. It will be face-to-face, ZOOM interview, we will share the LINK and PASSCODE.
Then you will receive a formal job offer, if you are considered a good fit, and we hope that is mutual at that stage, of course.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within a week and to get back to you in the following week. If you are our top candidate, you should receive the OFFER LETTER within 48 hours from the last interview.
If I am offered a position, when do I need to start?
As soon as possible. But we can arrange the exact timing based on your circumstances.
Stipend -
This is our biggest challenge. Currently we are working hard to stay profitable, hence the stipend is very low, as shown in the job post.
We provide a fixed stipend.
We may provide bonus based on performance. This will be additional income over and above the fixed stipend. but it is not guaranteed.
We are hiring for our own company, looking for 6 months internships or 2 months internships based on your availability (both options available).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing social media by using an AI tool to create memes, images, and content ideas, posting regularly to generate traffic.
2. Running email marketing campaigns using the provided email tools.
3. Connecting with people on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram for lead generation.
4. Building websites and webpages with provided AI and gamification tools to support automatic lead generation.
5. Exploring new marketing opportunities and trends to boost our digital presence.
6. Scheduling and conducting calls or Zoom meetings as needed.
