We are hiring for an NGO focused on market analysis and market research. The NGO is approved by the MCA, Government of India, and is DARPAN registered, with 80G and 12A approvals.
This job involves local travel and conducting interviews with business owners or operating managers. The goal is to understand MSME businesses and find ways to support them through knowledge sharing while creating opportunities for students to gain employment and contributing to the growth ecosystem of our country.
Since we are in the early stages of this project, the work will be evolving.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. We will provide the names, locations, and contact numbers of businesses so you can conduct surveys and gain a preliminary understanding of each business.
2. We will also provide a set of survey questions. Your role will be to connect with the businesses and ask these questions. Please note that these are specific, challenging questions.
3. Once the research is complete, we will work together to find solutions to help businesses grow, thereby creating employment opportunities.
4. Consolidate data, analyze the results, and identify solutions to the challenges faced by MSME businesses.
