You should respond to all questions in English. (or HINGLISH)
Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each. Text answer should consist of a few sentences only.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. But remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you will respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic sales to promote and sell premium travel services/products.
Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Occasionally meet clients at their offices or host client visits in Pune/Mumbai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Implement sales strategies to meet targets and maximize revenue.
Upsell premium international tours to potential clients.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
Be on standby for customer inquiries and calls on alternate or every third Sunday.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of telephonic sales experience.
Travel sales experience is a significant bonus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Proven ability to sell premium services/products.
Having completed one or more foreign trips is a bonus.
