Your CORE OBJECTIVE IS BUILDING THE ORGANISATION, Think like a CEO, Business Founder
What You’ll Do (50% we’ll help, 50% self-initiative and study) ✨
✅ Assist in hiring & recruitment for impactful NGO projects
✅ Connect with college societies & expand our reach
✅ Plan & promote career fairs & networking events
✅ Develop a strong LinkedIn presence & build a professional network
✅ Learn HR branding, recruitment strategies & digital marketing
✅ Organize team-building activities and collaborate on HR strategies
✅ Maintain candidate databases and stay updated on industry trends
✔ Hands-on exposure in HR & recruitment
✔ Certificate & Letter of Recommendation to boost your resume
✔ Work with an NGO recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
✔ Busy with college? No worries! Our internship is structured to fit around your schedule while still giving you maximum learning.
✔ Duration: 1-3 months (You can start with 1 month!)
🎯 Any student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
🎯 Strong communication & teamwork skills
🎯 Passion for HR, management, or digital marketing
🎯 Enthusiastic, talkative, and creative thinkers welcome!
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team (communication is a must)
✔ Familiarity with HR software (a plus, but not mandatory)
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and Canva
✔ Must have reliable Wi-Fi and a laptop
✔ Must have passion for at least one subject, one topic
We favour three months. But if 3 months is not possible for you, we can accept your application for at least 1 month.
